How do I run a TrollCarnival Book Club?
Running a TrollCarnival Book Club is simple and rewarding!
Just follow these steps:
- Distribute one TrollCarnival Club flyer to each student from your catalog. Set a date for students to return their order forms and payments.
- Compile student orders directly online at www.scholastic.com or if ordering by mail or phone, use the Classroom Order Form at the back of your catalog. Parents can also send their order directly to you online using Parent Ordering Online.
- Place your order:

By mail using the Classroom Order Form and enclosed envelope.
By phone at 1-800-654-3037. - Mail your payment in the enclosed envelope.
Your order will arrive in two weeks or less GUARANTEED! Watch how excited your students will be when the box arrives!

Our team of editors pores through literally thousands of books published for children every year and selects high-quality, grade-level appropriate titles for each TrollCarnival Book Club.
What are Bonus Points and how do they work?
Bonus Points are earned each time you order — at least one Bonus Point for every dollar you and your class spend, starting with your very first order! Plus each monthly catalog includes opportunities to earn EXTRA Bonus Points. The more you order, the more Bonus Points you earn, and Bonus Points never expire!
You can use your Bonus Points to build your classroom library by getting FREE books from any of our monthly catalogs or by ordering from the 2005-2006 Bonus Catalog—packed with something for every classroom, including book sets, classroom organizers, electronics, and more!
Redeeming Bonus Points for any item in the monthly Book Club catalogs:
- Online: Choose an option under the “Order with Bonus Points” tab.
- By Phone: Tell the Customer Service Representative which items you would like to take free with Bonus Points as you read off your order.
- By Mail: Indicate your selections and number of Bonus Points used in the “Redeem Bonus Points” column on the classroom order form.
Redeeming Bonus Points for any item in the 2005–2006 Bonus Catalog:
- Online: Look for the link to the Bonus Catalog when placing your order.
- By Mail: Write the item number(s) on the bottom of the teacher order form in the “Classroom Bonus Catalog” section.
- By Phone: Tell the Representative the Bonus Catalog item number(s) when calling in your Book Club order.

Where do I find my customer number?
Your ten-digit customer number, which is the same for all Scholastic Clubs, is printed on the back cover of your TrollCarnival catalog above your mailing address.

If you cannot read your customer number or no longer have the catalog, you can request your customer number by filling out this form. What is Parent Ordering Online?
Starting this year, parents can submit their orders directly to you online! In addition to parents placing their orders by returning the student order form and payment to you in the classroom, you can offer them the opportunity to use Parent Ordering Online to send their orders directly to you online and their credit card payment directly to Scholastic. With this system, orders from parents will automatically appear in your online classroom order, which means less paperwork for you!

How do I redeem coupons online?
While placing your order online, click on the tab labeled “Redeem Coupons.” Then simply enter the coupon number found in the upper-left corner of the coupon.
How can I make a payment?
To pay by mail, use the postpaid envelope provided in any TrollCarnival catalog. Be sure to fill out and include the payment stub from the envelope with your check(s) and/or credit card information.
Make checks payable to Scholastic Book Clubs. If you’ve ordered from more than one Book Club, you may combine all payments on one check and/or send all payment(s) together in one envelope. Please do not send cash.
You may pay for all or part of your order by credit card while placing your order. If you would like to pay for your order by credit card after it’s been submitted, go to www.scholastic.com/paymentstatus or call
1-800-SCHOLASTIC (1-800-724-6527) to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
How can I find specific information about my account?
Information is available to you 24 hours a day!
To track the status of your order and find out when your books will be shipped and are expected to arrive at your school, go to www.trollcarnival.com/orderstatus or call 1-800-654-3037.
To track the status of your payment and get up-to-date information on your account, go to www.trollcarnival.com/paymentstatus or call 1-800-SCHOLASTIC.
To check your Bonus Point Bank account balance and activity, call 1-877-266-8776.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are guaranteed to arrive in 2 weeks or less, or you receive 100 Bonus Points. (Contiguous 48 states only, plus Alaska and Hawaii orders of $25 or more. APO/FPO & U.S. territory orders are sent via air priority.)
How do I make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may request a full credit or refund.
To return an item simply fill out the “Problem with this Order?” section on the back of your packing list and mail to:

If you do not have the packing list, write a note that includes: teacher name, customer number, school name and address, and whether you wish to exchange the item, or receive a credit or a refund.
If parents are returning an item, they should attach a note that includes the teacher name, school name, and complete mailing address.
Returns take approximately 4-6 weeks to process.
