Receiving Your Order

Serving teachers, students and parents is our #1 priority. We will do everything possible to make sure your Book Club experience is wonderful all year long. And if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item in your order, please return it to us for a full refund, credit or exchange.

When the Box Arrives
Check the packing list that accompanies your shipment against your original Classroom Order Form to be sure your order is correct.

We make every effort to get your complete order on its way promptly. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we promise the following:

  • Out-of-stock items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

  • A gift book or coupon for a FREE book for the ordering student will be included with your order as a thank-you for being so understanding. To easily identify a gift book, please look for this sticker:

  • If an item is no longer available, an item of equal or greater value will be sent as a substitute. If you or your students are not completely satisfied with the replacement, we’ll gladly accept your return and issue a credit or refund.
